Narrow fit tuxedo trousers, tailored in a deadstock soft yet structured poly‑wool blend for all‑day comfort and form. A reversed‑skirt cummerbund sash is stitched into the waistband and side seams, so it sways gracefully with each step. The cummerbund detail takes its name and form from the Hindustani kamarband sash - first adopted into English in 1616 after British officers in colonial India replaced heavy waistcoats with the lighter sashes worn by Indian sepoys and civilians - cinching the waist for a clean, streamlined silhouette with sculptural movement
