Payments

All payments are processed securely through Serai Collective’s payment gateway.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

For international orders, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside of Serai’s control.


Shipping 

We currently offer delivery within the UAE and GCC.

International shipping is available upon request.
For worldwide orders, please contact support@seraicollective.com and our team will assist with a shipping quote.

Shipping timelines vary depending on the nature of the piece. Each product page will specify whether the item is Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order, or One-of-One.

Ready-to-Wear / Vintage / One-of-One

Orders are typically dispatched within 7–9 business days.

Made-to-Order

Production timelines vary by designer. Estimated lead times will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery Times

Please allow 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing

If an order contains items with different lead times, Serai may ship items separately or once all pieces are ready.

Duties & Taxes

As our designers come from South Asia and West Africa, orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not calculated in the selling price.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of the pieces carried by Serai Collective, our return policy varies depending on the category of the item.

Ready-to-Wear (RTW)

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order (MTO) & One-of-One Pieces

These items are created or sourced as special pieces and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

For vintage or one-of-one items, any condition, wear, or unique characteristics will be clearly stated in the product description.

In exceptional circumstances, concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
